If we agree that our services will benefit you, our fee is $1800 for a complete case consultation including a review of your case, structured interview, supportive counseling and other examinations to affirm the emotional impact of your case on you. We will work with your doctors and your attorneys and will assist you to have full and fair access to your litigation proceedings. If you feel you are not being heard, we will help you put your case into a report in a manner that the court hears you. If you suffer from PTSD, it is common for your adversary to be using your condition against you on every level. We help to eliminate those power tactics and exploitation of PTSD in the court. You will receive a formal written report that is used to obtain ADA accommodations if appropriate. We stay with your case.
If you are Pro Se and suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, you qualify for accommodations under The Americans with Disabilities Act (42 USC 12101). We then work with your ADA Coordinators to help you in your pro se efforts. You will receive the complete written report plus all the necessary investigation, research and requests on your behalf for any reasonable accommodation you need.
We will provide expert testimony if needed. Sworn testimony in deposition or court is billed separately at $250 per hour.
Additional advocacy, document preparation, research and other services that may be requested involve outside lawyers and paralegals. Those services are billed at billed at $65 per hour.
